I am impressed at the level of detail and time that the technician invested to figure out the problem. I have an 8 year old garage door opener and had worked on a couple of months ago after a remodel. This service call was a warranty call on previous work and most companies are usually not prompt nor helpful . I appreciated that they listened to the issues with respect. The technician, Sheldon Kelsey was thorough, professional and explained the possible problems and solutions. He made detailed notes so that we will know what was done previously in case the door acts up again. I certainly appreciated the honest and integrity of how I was treated on this repair.
